Monitoring and Alerting Contracts

Aertight Systems, Inc. has been providing professional IT support services since 2004. We're celebrating our 15th year anniversary this year and have extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows based operating system setups. 

Our Monitoring and Alerting Services are offered to clients who purchase an Aertight Services Agreement. Some of the typical services we include are:

  • 30 Minute Critical Issue Response Time
  • 4 Hour Standard Issue Response Time
  • 24 Hour Low Priority Issue Response Time

30 Min Critical Issue Response Time is defined as an issue that causes downtime affecting a "significant" number of users or security related concerns involving personnel. Examples of these include a hardware system crash, major application failure, facility-wide power outage, and security lockouts.

4 Hour Standard Issue Response Time is defined as an issue that affects performance, or only a small number of users. Examples include reductions in system speed, ease of use problems (monitor failure), etc.

24 Hour Low Priority Issue Response Time is defined as user requests, new user setups, remote application installations, windows server maintenance, etc.
