As an IT Services provider with 15 years of experience in the Baltimore/Washington market, we felt something had to be done about runaway IT costs. Maintaining hardware that is spread out geographically (especially when it's full of fans and spinning mechanical drives) is a nightmare. Cloud computing is great, except for when the internet connection is down.
